We are delighted to share some major updates on the development of Robinsons Rise.

Change to Bridge road’s location:

The eastern portion of stage 1 construction has been moved to stage 4. This is a result of Bridge Road’s relocation due to the request by The City of Melton and subsequent changes to the construction schedule.

A number of purchased lots were relocated to ensure lot size remained unchanged in as many instances as possible. Whilst unfortunate, the movement of Bridge Road was requested strongly by Council and will be of benefit to residents.

Updated milestones:

We are advised that the work required to obtain a certificate of compliance will be completed as follows:

• Stage 1a- late March 2018
• Stage 1b- late April 2018
• Stage 2- mid May 2018
• Stage 3- mid June 2018
• Stage 4- mid July 2018
