Following on from previous correspondence, we advise that Stage 1A works have been completed on site and practical completion has been granted by Council’s construction team.

We continue to work with service authorities to complete outstanding audit and testing requirements that will allow them to provide their releases required for Statement of Compliance (SOC). Chief amongst these is rectification works required by Powercor. These are the only outstanding onsite works and are scheduled for re-inspection by the authority prior to Christmas.

We also continue to work with Council to satisfy all permit conditions that will allow a release of SOC. We expect to receive SOC mid-January 2021, and this will be lodged immediately with the title’s office. Settlement is due within 14 days of the title being issued.

 

We would also like to address some queries that have been raised in relation to the delivery of Alfred Road.

Please note that a sealed pavement is required to be delivered by the developer from east of Ferris Road to the entry of Robinsons Rise by June 2021. It is our understanding that the extension of Ferris Road to Alfred Road, including the intersection, is also expected to be delivered by others in this timeframe.

Note that commencement of any building activity on Stage 1A lots in Robinsons Rise will not be affected by the delivery of Alfred Road.

We request that purchasers do not contact the Council in relation to this matter and instead refer to the robinsonsrise.com.au website. We will provide further updates on the status of Alfred Road as they become available.
