Whilst some internal works are taking place across stages 1A and 1B we have been unable to progress construction further in any meaningful way until the discussions mentioned in previous posts are resolved.

These discussions are between us, adjoining land owners as well as Council, and concern the meeting of planning permit conditions for Stage 1A: namely the access required for external works to take place. This process has taken longer than anticipated, however we are hopeful it will be clarified over the next 3-4 weeks. Works for stage 1A are expected to be complete within 5-6 weeks of these discussions being resolved.

Therefore, If discussions are resolved as hoped Stage 1A is likely to title by Christmas. All subsequent stages will title progressively from the first quarter of 2019.

We regret that we cannot provide you with specific dates, however we will post another update once these discussions are resolved and we are able to advise you on the anticipated dates for Statements of Compliance and settlements.
