Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie! has become even more irresistible with Easter Hunt!

Just over an hour from Melbourne, twenty minutes from Geelong on the Great Ocean Road between Torquay and Anglesea. Entry is free open every day, except Christmas Day.

Calling chocolate lovers of all ages to enjoy our spectacular showroom of handcrafted chocolates and artisan ice creams, our Cafe serving an all-day menu with decadent desserts a specialty, to explore the grounds or enjoy one of the many tasting sessions, chocolate workshops or seasonal events.

EVENT DETAILS

Thrilled to bring free family fun to the Easter weekend!
This year our Easter Hunts will take place on;
-Good Friday,
-Easter Saturday and
– Easter Sunday
at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm (no bookings required) in the Chocolaterie’s picturesque grounds, where our Easter Bunnies will help kids aged 12 and under search for a token to then claim their complimentary Easter egg.
For the grown-ups, the Chocolaterie’s Café will be offering Easter inspired cakes and tarts, as well as our usual all day menu using ingredients from our own kitchen garden. And for chocolate lovers of all ages, our showroom will be choc-filled with thousands of Easter chocolates – from tiny to large decorative eggs, fun freckled eggs, filled and flavoured eggs, whimsical chocolate bunnies including our very own Floppy, chicks, hens and even a Surfing Bunny using the finest couverture, nearly one metre tall bunnies, decadent truffles and more!
Easter creations are available in our showroom from March 1st No bookings are required for the Hunts and we do not take reservations for our all day Cafe.

Our all day Cafe: Check out our seasonal menu of all day delights, lunches and specialty desserts or our breakfast menu available until midday each day. No bookings required. Children of all ages are very welcome – we provide high chairs, children’s menu, activity sheets plus balls and sand toys to play with and little ones love exploring our grounds, lavender field and sand play area.

Tasting sessions: Join one of our daily, hosted tasting sessions where our knowledgeable team will guide you through a selection of 12 hand crafted chocolates while sharing tips on how chocolate is made, where we source our ingredients from and artisan techniques our European Chocolatiers use to create each sweet treat. Sessions are $3 per person and take place at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm each day, subject to availability. Prior bookings are not required, please see one of our Showroom Team members on the day to reserve your place.

Group visits: Larger groups are also welcome to book a hosted tasting of our amazing chocolate creations. $3 per person for a minimum of 10 guests. Or try a truffle tasting session with one of our European Chocolatiers for a minimum of 10 guests. $15 per person. Group Bookings are essential.

Classes: A regular program of Junior Chocolatier Classes is on offer for children aged 6-12 years and Chocolate Discovery Classes for anyone aged 12 and above. Tour Groups: Please contact us to make arrangements prior to your arrival, group meal packages are available. We have dedicated bus parking and special drop off & pick up areas.
