This week the scheduled concrete works could not be undertaken due to rainfall.  We are advised these works will recommence mid to late next week and that there is an estimated 10 days work to complete all remaining footpaths and crossovers in Stage 1A.

A letter detailing valuation dates will be sent to all purchasers once concrete works are completed.

The front of Stage 1A has been cleared and brought close to final level. The site compound is scheduled to be relocated next week so that this area can be brought to level as well before final compaction occurs.

We are advised 1A construction is to be completed by late March. On this basis we anticipate 1A lots to title from late May.  Stage 1B will not title before July. Further information on Stages 1B, 2, 3 & 4 will be provided once 1A works are complete.
