We are pleased to share that on site, we have compacted and rolled to kerb height along most of Darwinia Way and Protea Lane in Stage 1A. As shown here in our photos.

We will have this completed during next week and will be starting kerb and channel shortly after. Further works along Adelong Boulevard will occur also over the following two weeks.

The growing constructions in the area are affecting the ability to close roads, Alfred Road is the only east-west road that can cater for the growing volume of traffic—particularly construction vehicles servicing other nearby developments.


Therefore we have been unable to close Alfred Road to complete our external site works as planned.

However have been working together with Council to try to resolve this issue and this week we have made significant progress towards a resolution.


We look forward to providing further  detailed update as soon as the agreement with Council is finalised. Additionally, we will upload more photos of onsite works over the following weeks.
