We are excited to share the road capping for 1A is near completion with crossovers being constructed. Kerb and channel should commence late next week and further updates will be provided shortly. We are planning a drone shoot update and look forward to sharing the video and images in the coming weeks.

As mentioned previously the Council have agreed in principle to bonding the Alfred Road external works under a s173 agreement. This s173 agreement is required prior to title being issued. We are still concluding the precise details of this with Council and expect the process to take 3-4 weeks.
