Initially, the issues regarding internal works meant that Robinsons Rise construction was put on hold, it has now been determined that we can pursue our external works along Alfred Road, enabling us to resume internal works.

All the internal works will recommence in earnest in the first week of December.

Therefore our expected internal completion dates are as follows:

Stage 1A: Mid-January

Stage 1B: Late February

Settlement dates for 1A and 1B, and completion dates for subsequent stages’ (internal works) will be provided once the commencement date for Alfred Roadworks is determined.

The Melton City Council has yet to provide this date, however, we anticipate it will not be before mid-January 2019.

We will be providing another official update once this date is known prior to Christmas.
